Bryan was an outstanding tech rep. He kept me informed throughout the month-long replacement of the 2019 Kona transmission. Tustin Hyundai is the supreme of all Hyundais in Southern California! I bought my 2013 there and moved to LA shortly after but I ALWAYS take my car there because their service, care, friendliness, and unders California! I bought my 2013 there and moved to LA shortly after but I ALWAYS take my car there because their service, care, friendliness, and understanding is incomparable to any of their LA dealerships (and trust me, I've tried several). I had to recently TOW my car in from LA and after several failed attempts of getting a tow truck to get me to my appointment on time, Tustin Hyundai was so accommodating and flexible on still getting me taken care of. Shoutout to Brian and Greg in service for always being honest and so timely in their responsiveness. I always feel taken care of when I'm working with either or both of them. Hyundai may have a warranty until 10 years or 100,000 miles but the representatives at Tustin Hyundai continue to care and deliver remarkable service for years and miles on after. THANK YOU! More
