It was pleasant to work with my salesman, Jon Frame. He was respectful, responsive and honest. When it came to finance, I asked for the point off the buy rate that forum allows and was told I wasn't all He was respectful, responsive and honest. Instead of taking the $320 for 1% of the amount financed, they wanted $960 for 3% of the amount finance. Then by requiring me to drive an hour to get the money directly from forum, the dealership received $0. This seemed very petty and made no sense. If there was such a concern about the amount of money made in the deal, why not take the $320 and save me the trip, instead of getting $0 from the bank? More

Dropped my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 with 4,100 miles off on Dec 1 for warranty & recall work and an oil change. On the 2nd I got a call from them that my Jeep was damaged in an accident while the miles off on Dec 1 for warranty & recall work and an oil change. On the 2nd I got a call from them that my Jeep was damaged in an accident while they were road testing it. Their tech did not cause the accident, but since it was damaged while in their care I asked for a trade deal on the exact model (2025) sitting on their showroom floor. I had multiple conversations with Ray and he repeatedly did not follow up with me. When I was finally able to force him into giving me something after a couple weeks, I felt he underrated my vehicle and was still trying to break even on theirs. I feel like it was the deal that they would have offered anyone else. I think they owed me a better deal under the circumstances. Just my opinion. I will not be going back for any future sales or service and will never refer anyone to them. More
