I found a used car I was looking for on Twin city’s website but there wasn’t any pictures up yet due to the fact the car was still going through their used car check out. Walking into Twin City Toyota was an immediate and noticeable shift — calm, welcoming, and genuinely customer-focused. From the moment I arrived, Christina stepped in to help while Sandy was assisting another customer, and she was absolutely fantastic. There was zero pressure and no sales gimmicks — just kindness, patience, and respect. I was encouraged to take my time, browse the lot at my own pace, and was simply told, “If you want to drive anything, just let me know.” That alone set the tone for the entire experience. When Sandy joined us, it became clear very quickly why my boyfriend’s family has trusted her for over 30 years.
