Calysta always keeps me informed of what is going on and she gives me good advice on what I should do. From start to finish, Justin was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable and confident with our purchase. He took the time to clearly explain the features, options, and differences between the models without ever being pushy or rushing the process. Buying one car can be stressful—but buying two at once could have been overwhelming. Justin made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
