My husband filled out a questionaire that we were in the market for a Kia Soul. We received several replies . But after talking and emailing back and forth with different salesmen, we chose to deal with M market for a Kia Soul. We received several replies . He did not disappoint. We were very impressed with his professionalism, his friendliness, his knowledge and his overall approach. We drove over on a Saturday from Huntersville, N.C. to the car dealership. Mr. Myrick, had our Kia Soul ready and waiting for us just as he had promised. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. We met the Sales Manager and Mr. Scott Apsega, the Finance Manager. He was straight forward and efficient. This was the most pleasurable experience we have had buying a car. It was a rainy , cold day and Taiwon took the Kia Soul and filled it up with gas for us. What a sweetheart. I loved my experience at Crossroads Kia I bought my Kia Soul 1/31/2013. This was the first time I ever bought a car and John made it extremely easy I was so worried about not getting a good deal or not be Soul 1/31/2013. John made me feel very comfortable and helped educate me on how to buy a car. I leased my very first brand new car a Kia Soul which I love very much. On top of that I felt like I was visiting an old friend and picking up a car that they picked out especially for me. The managers and finance guys there were great also. I just joined the military and they helped me establish some very important parts of my new found independence, and learn a little about myself John is a decorated Army veteran as well as the finance guy was an Air Force vet. I couldn't have felt more comfortable buying a car from somebody if I had dreamed it myself I would definitely recommend Crossroads Kia not only to my fellow service members but to anyone looking for a great deal and a great experience.
