The service dept rotated my tires and didn’t secure the under cover and it was dragging the ground. When I noticed and called the dealership to advise, the receptionist was very rude. At my last scheduled oil change, I asked for replacement filters to install myself. I was made to be late for work because the tech didn't follow the instructions and replaced the filters anyway. I got wrot filters to install myself. I was made to be late for work because the tech didn't follow the instructions and replaced the filters anyway. I got wrote up for being more than an hour late to work. In 40 years, I have NEVER been late. I will only be using your dealership once a year to keep my warranty valid. I will NOT buy another car from this dealership More
