Worst Car Buying Experience of My Life! Most dishonest dealer I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with, flat out liars!. Purchased car from Illinois, pictures of the car we made a deal on were photo shopped. Car was a mess, full of dents, interior was very abused, internet photos depicted a cream puff. The old "Bait & Switch" I can't imagine how many times they sold this same car! We asked to buy a different car, many of the cars have warts, something missing, some damage, terrible excuse for a high end car dealer! The finance manager is a total jerk, insulting and on a mission to take your money as fast as possible by whatever means. SERIOUSLY DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS DEALER! The car we settled for was also beat down and abused, lots of visual blemishes in the interior etc. also had missing parts. No question they buy most of there cars from an auction house. STAY AWAY form these people!! More

The salesman assured us that it was nothing major and "absolutely" due to the missing brackets that were needed around the bumper/fender, but they would order them and repair them. Even after that was done, the car continues to this day to make the same noise! Since purchasing the car, I've had to get new tires, new brakes, and new shocks. Found out today, that the actual wheels on the car are warped and need to be replaced. Still can't determine what is causing the knocking/rattling noise while driving. But after you've spent over $15K, you'd think you would not have this much trouble with a vehicle and not even had for 1 year. The car is trash and they should not sale damaged vehicles to anyone. More

It was raining and the rear window wiper worked on the way home, couldn’t really tell if fluid came out because of the rain. Next dry day no rear window fluid but I could hear the pump. Opened tailgate and fluid was dripping inside vehicle. Mechanic said the cut the tube to remove the Rear Brake Light Connector. DISHONEST -STAY AWAY More

This place cost me $1500 and no car . Flew down from Maryland to pick up a car after be assured it would not have any issues driving the 10 hours home and placing a $1000 non refundable . I immediately noticed a whine from the front center of the car on the test drive. After an hour of trying to be convinced it was nothing, I took it to get a pre-purchase inspection. The car needed a new transfer case. Numerous excuses and feigning ignorance from staff and managers I was told to leave the property after declining to purchase the vehicle. Honesty is the cornerstone of every business. This place does not have it. More

Easy Purchase I recently bought a 2012 BMW 750 Li from United Auto Brokers. My salesperson was Mitchell Jenkins. Mitchell responded to all my calls and all my que I recently bought a 2012 BMW 750 Li from United Auto Brokers. My salesperson was Mitchell Jenkins. Mitchell responded to all my calls and all my questions. He was nice throughout the process and understood that it was an out of state purchase and was patient. Overall it was a good experience. he only issue I had with it all was the vehicle had two bald tire on the rear of the car and I asked could they get some better tires to put on it before I got it shipped and I was told the General Manager didn't approve it which was a little odd to me seeing that I'm paying the asking price for the car. I still cant get past that part. I figured since the car was sold to me that wouldn't be a problem but it was. It is because of this I cant give them 5 stars but I would recommend them to others. More
