He made sure they we knew all we needed to know about the car and the deal on the car that we selected. When we reach finance Gavin offered us great options for monthly payment and warranty. I recently visited the BMW dealership at 1501 Alpharetta Highway Georgia, and I had a fantastic experience. The manager was professional and helpful, but I really want to highlight my seller, Nick Piskunov. Highway Georgia, and I had a fantastic experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering United BMW’s service department. I’ve now had multiple visits where I was told I needed new tires due to nails or damage—only for this exact same issue to happen service department. I’ve now had multiple visits where I was told I needed new tires due to nails or damage—only for this exact same issue to happen again in a very similar way. After being charged more than once for what feels like the same problem, it raises serious red flags about what’s actually going on. On top of that, there is a clear pattern of upselling and pressure tactics. I’ve been told my car “urgently” needed additional services that did not feel necessary, and the way it’s presented is clearly designed to create panic so you approve expensive work on the spot. As a customer, this feels less like honest service and more like being taken advantage of. I would especially warn women or anyone who may not feel confident pushing back—because the pressure is real, and it’s uncomfortable. At this point, I do not trust their recommendations and will be seeking second opinions moving forward. I would strongly encourage others to do the same before agreeing to any costly repairs. More
The entire team from my sales rep (Mike Abrams) to the sales manager (Brian Epstien) to the finance manager (Ashton Howell) treated me like a VIP. Mike knew all details of the vehicle and won me over with sales manager (Brian Epstien) to the finance manager (Ashton Howell) treated me like a VIP. Mike knew all details of the vehicle and won me over with his attention to detail. Brian made sure we were building a relationship beyond the sale. Ashton closed the deal with ease and efficiency. This was a power team. Great handoffs and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend this dealership. More
I believe the United BMW's "expertly-trained" Service Technician did not close the Oil Filling Cap causing oil to coat and burn onto engine and cables, loss of over one quart of oil, and contamination of Technician did not close the Oil Filling Cap causing oil to coat and burn onto engine and cables, loss of over one quart of oil, and contamination of engine oil/filter. My experience raises serious concerns regarding (1) the adequacy of United BMW's technician training, (2) the sufficiency of its procedural safeguards, and (3) its duty of care in providing safe, competent service. A loss of oil at highway speeds could have resulted in catastrophic engine failure, fire risk, or roadway hazard--placing my son, other drivers, and the vehicle at threat. Now I am waiting for the General/Service Manager to return my call. Took my son's 330i for a brake flush since he received several calls from the Service Center that it was due. He has great pride in his car and wants to ensure that it is maintained properly. Service Agent asked if I wanted an oil change since it would be due in about 3000 miles, but I obviously declined. Service was completed, and my son dove car 150 miles back to college. At approx. 130 miles of trip the Oil Low Warning triggered to add one quart of oil ASAP. Upon arriving at college he opened hood to find oil soaked and smoking engine with Oil Fill Cap sitting unsecured on top of filling opening. Son cleaned top of engine the best he could, added 1 1/4 quart of oil, fully closed Oil Fill Cap, and now is hoping there was no damage to the engine. Although I declined an oil change, I am 100% confident the technician expected to do an oil change, so the oil cap was opened before lifting the car (standard practice is to open cap before lifting car to prevent vacuum when draining oil). Tech realized that only a brake flush was requested, so flush was completed and Oil Filling Cap was never secured. Neither my son nor I service this car, and neither of us checked under the hood after servicing. Only the United BMW Service Tech would have opened the Oil Filling Cap. Based on this experience, I question the adequacy of training of the United BMW Service Technicians as well as the robustness and focus on safety of their procedures. I left a message describing my unsatisfactory experience with the United BMW Service General Manager (Mr. Liu) early this morning via my Service Representative and have not yet received a call back late this afternoon. Based on this experience and lack of responsiveness from the General Manager, I do not recommend United BMW's Service Center to any family member or friend! Tom K. More
