Simply the Best! I have a couple of Monteros, used to have an Outlander sport and have been servicing them at Universal Mitsubishi, because their Service department I have a couple of Monteros, used to have an Outlander sport and have been servicing them at Universal Mitsubishi, because their Service department is the most professional I've seen. Paul really knows his cars , the turnaround time is great and the workmanship is top, top notch. Never had an issue! I live on the westside, but drive all the way to Duarte, because I trust only Paul and his crew to work on my cars. Thank you Paul and everyone at Universal Mitsubishi and keep up the good work! Overall my experience was good, I went there in the past and had a HORRIBLE service. A blonde woman with and accent and a man was working that day and they both had no clue what they were doing. Every time I tried to ask about my brakes or prices the woman had no clue on how to answer my questions. The man kept giving me prices that were so high and was unwilling or unable to explain why or what costed so much and break it down. My husband and I went for lunch and told the guy to call us when he knew the details for the brakes, and then to let us know when the car would be ready since we were waiting around for it....an hour went by I called and nothing. 2 hours went by and I called and no one answered the phone. I was so angry!!! I just wanted my car and to know about the brakes so I know what to do and move on with the rest of my saturday. When he finally called back he gave me a quote for the brakes and then told me it would be another hour if I chose to do it. I said NO! I just want my car and leave. I make it a point to only go to the dealer to get my care repaired, because I want to make sure I get quality service. The only reason I went back to this location is because it is the only dealer close to my house. THANK GOODNESS!!! For Chris being there. SO helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, quick, polite, gave me the break down, and when it would be ready. Hiring this guy made it to where I will for sure be back, Thank you for bringing him on board!!! And for not having the other two there, especially the woman who was useless. My only complaint is this: It is not Chris's fault but the technicians fault. I dropped off my car with low tire pressure specifically telling him to adjust it because the light was on. He said it is a mandatory thing that they have to do to do state law. Well when I picked up my car it was still on. Tire was soooo low. It's fine because I went to the gas station to fill it back up myself but I wish they would have done it when I asked them and when they said they would do it. Maybe they need to inspect the car properly before picking it up. I pay more to get it repaired at the dealer I EXPECT everything to be done when asked other wise I could go some where else or even cheaper to get my brakes done. More
I went to get oil and filter change. I was immediately attended to and I was treated well. My car had the 27 Point inspection report completed and I had a comfortable lounge area and was able to do some w attended to and I was treated well. He also noticed that one of my tires had a cut on it and advised me to change it to be safe which I changed today. Thatis what customers want. I'm impressed and appreciated it. Thank you. I had a great experience with Christopher R Woodson. I showed up with my 5 month old baby and brake lights that didn't work. I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I have a 2008 Eclipse Spider, and Iv'e experienced problems from the start of my purchase. Every time Iv'e taken the car in for service all they say is have a 2008 Eclipse Spider, and Iv'e experienced problems from the start of my purchase. Every time Iv'e taken the car in for service all they say is "nothing is wrong with it". This last time my check engine light went on and my car was stalling and smoke was coming out from the back. Note:I had put a full tank of gas the same day this problem occurred from the same gas station that my family and I have been going to for years (Chevron). The following day they called me and said my gas tank had water in it. So, I went to the gas station and asked them if anyone had complained about a problem such as mine, and the answer was NO. If it was the gas station, I'm 100% sure everyone would have had the same problem and they also would have complained. The service adviser (Paul) told me I had to pay over $1,000.00 to fix this issue. So, I refused for them to attempt to fix it because I knew they were the ones responsible for the problem. Instead of fixing the problem, they blamed the gas station for having "water" in their gas. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I went back to get my car from Glendale Mitsubishi and towed my car to Calabasas Mitsubishi (which the service was excellent and everyone there was very nice and helpful). They kindly took my car and inspected it. A couple hours later my car was working fine and they did NOT find any water in my gas tank. Basically, Glendale Mitsubishi doesn't know what the xxxx their doing. They wanted to charge me for nothing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!!!! More
