I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt.
The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner.
I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
