I was in a roll over car accident on August 30th, when a large truck pulled out in front of me. I walked away because of Jesus and the Toyota 4 Runner I was in. Every airbag went off and instead of me taking the hit, my vehicle did. It was totaled. The day we picked up our rental vehicle we drove across the street to University Toyota. Ben came to help us. I showed him pictures of my wreck and why I wanted back in a 4 runner as soon as possible. He was very accommodating. He did all he could to hold the one I wanted and as soon as my vehicle was totaled, we called him. It was still there. We did our credit app online and were due to pick it up Saturday morning. We had our dogs at the vet that Friday evening and asked if we could get come sign the papers and take it home that night instead. Dogs and all, they took us right in! They had all the paperwork ready. The cleaned the vehicle. They gave us all kinds of free stuff with Toyota on it. They made sure we had all we needed. You will never know how much it meant to me to get back in a 4 Runner ASAP. I drove away Friday night with tears in my eyes. I was safe again and I knew it. Out of all the hassle from my accident, Ben and University Toyota, made getting back in a Toyota a quick, seamless, and stress free experience. I will drive a 4 runner as long as you make them and I will never shop anywhere again but University Toyota! More
