Unlimited Motors in Westfield, IN provided me with nothing but lies and a major waste of my time. I went in on a Monday to test drive a car. I then was promised the car would be held for me so I cou nothing but lies and a major waste of my time. I went in on a Monday to test drive a car. I then was promised the car would be held for me so I could pick it up on Saturday if I had a cosigner and we were approved for a loan. My girlfriend called and we got approved for the loan that day and I then called and confirmed a THIRD time that I would be there Saturday to pick it up. I showed up Friday afternoon because I was so excited and she sold the car to somebody else. The ladies name is Angie. She then proceeded to say it was my fault and tell me I did not do my part to confirm. I wasted a total of 7 hours commuting back and forth to try to get this car and took off two days of work for nothing. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST GOOD FOR NOTHING SCHEMERS. More

I made the trip out and the car was exactly as described online and I was impressed with the quality of inventory. Apparently, so were many other people, as Saturdays at Angi's dealership are busy days. Buyers seem to come from all over the nearby areas and cities. Angi not only fairly negotiated a price for my car that made everybody happy but was also accomodating in waiting a little while for me to make full payment after the initial deposit. I really feel that a different place of bussiness would've pressured me into getting things done much differently. Angi went out of her way to even install a Navi DVD which was missing from the car and, when I picked up the car, everything was ready and running smooth. I couldn't be happier with my purchase there and I also recommended her dealership to and reviewed car inventory with friends, online. It is worth the trip out to her dealership and Angi is a straight-shooter, very honest person, a pleasure to deal with and to know. We took it to our mechanic and he adviced us it was in good shape. Few days later the rear window quit working, we stopped by and they took care of it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER ONLINE!!! I bought a BMW from them. I talked to the owner, Angie, before buying the car. She told me no lights on the dash were on. The battery is dead, the car is out of gas, the abs light is on, the check engine light is on, the hand brake light is on, the wheel sensor light is on, the car only has one key, no owners manual and a trim peice was busted. Not only that but we agreed to split shipping but when the driver got here he said none of the shipping had been paid. STAY AWAY!!!!! More

I have worked for the company Cars.com as a sales rep for just over 4 years now. I work with dealers on a daily basis, and have NEVER run into a dealer this bad. Me - having faith in the internet, and working with dealers that are not as shady and have reputable practices thought this process would be easy, and positive. WAS I EVER WRONG! I worked directly with Angi one of the owners. In the purchasing process, since I was from out of town - I called and asked as many questions as possible, as I was going to buy the car site unseen. I asked specific questions regarding the vehicle and was told that EVERYTHING was in perfect working order. I even got into details - asking about the on board computer, and the GPS system. She told me EVERYTHING was perfect, and nothing was wrong with the computer/GPS. When I picked the car up from the delivery company the computer didn't work AT ALL! There is a whistling noise coming from the engine when you press the gas, the buttons in the back didnt work, it only came with one key, she didnt even have the temporary tag for the car. I had to wait a full day to even drive the car because she was too lazy to put this important piece of paper in the car before she shipped it out. She also didn't even send the title until almost a week and a half later. When calling her multiple times to try and work these details out, she claims she talked to the manufacturer and submitted a claim for me to get this fixed (at their cost). I have not heard from the manufacturer, and highly doubt she did actually call them. This is by far the WORST DEALER I have ever seen or worked with. Keep in mind I have worked with Car Dealers on a daily basis for over four years! save your money, time, headaches, etc - this is not a reputable dealer to say the least! SCAM ARTISTS FOR SURE! More
