I had brakes and a water pump repair at Upper Marlboro Ford costing $thousands of dollars: I later heard a cracking noise and paid for diagnostics, I thought it was the brakes - Note: The tire was never Ford costing $thousands of dollars: I later heard a cracking noise and paid for diagnostics, I thought it was the brakes - Note: The tire was never removed to check, I was told I had a loose motor mount and possibly a bent tire rod. .Dissatisfied with their $1600+ estimate I took the vehicle to another mechanic where he actually removed the tire and found a heavy duty tie wrap lodged in the tire well from the water pump replacement done there. I am looking for another dealership for service on my 4 vehicles. More

The exception to the “dealership service dept” rule! !! Wish I would’ve found them sooner!!! Brought my 2025 Bronco Sport in heard a noise when vehicle is in reverse. Doesn’t happen all the the time. Of course could not get it to make a groaning sound when put in reverse.
