My Review of VW Gallery:
My husband and daughter went to the Gallery to scout out a car for me. Tony greeted them and showed them the Jetta I was interested in. Tony did not pressure my husband at all but was very helpful in showing him the car and answering his questions. My husband was very pleased with his experience and brought me to see the car a week later. Tony was not in but we were greeted by Carlos. I test drove the car and he answered my questions. Again, no pressure. I decided to buy it. When I came back to sign the papers everything was in order and Carlos introduced us to Andrew. Andrew helped get the papers done along with Demetri.
I was also having some trouble getting my seat and the steering wheel adjusted to a comfortable position so that the head support was not pushing my head forward. Andrew helped me to get that worked out.
When I returned a few days later to get a sticker Carlos was waiting and got things going quickly.
It was so easy to buy this car. I can recall sitting for hours at other dealers waiting for everything to get done. This was effortless. A really nice experience. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and wanted to help with what I was looking for.
I have had the car for a few weeks and I love it. The safety features are a prime selling point since my 16 year will be driving it too.

Herb was wonderful to work with. I had called him on a Sunday with two offers that I had received from other dealerships and he not only met, but beat those other two dealerships prices. I told him that my house was all the way on the North Shore (they are located on the South Shore) and he did 90% of the deal over the phone with me. The car was ready for me the next day. The traditional wheeling and dealing does not exist at this dealership. Thumbs up all the way! Thanks Herb!

I would highly recommend this dealership. The salesman that helped me was Sami. He went out of his way to help me find the perfect car. I ended up buying a 2009 Passat. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had never owned a VW and I had so many questions, Sami was fantastic. The day after I got the car Sami called me to see how things were going, and to ask if I had any questions. He even gave me his personal cell phone # just in case I had questions.

This was a great car buying experience.

This is the third VW over the last 9 years that I have purchased from VW Gallery's outstanding sales person Tony Shuman. I have loved driving VW's over the last 35 years and and buying new VW's from Tony. He is a superbly knowledgeable sales person as well as one of the all time nicest man you could ever hope to meet. When ever you are spending tens of thousand of dollars on transportation you should be treated with respect, patience and expect a quality of service that Tony delivers. He is quite simply the best.

Outstanding service. Fast, efficient, honest and pleasant to work with.

Great overall experience.
Worked with Herb Hollis and Andrew Miller - both very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Made the deal on the phone and purchased the new vehicle next day. This is my first VW and probably not my last.

I came to the dealer looking for a new Passat, but changed my mind and decided I wanted a Jetta TDI due to better gas mileage and is more environmentally friendly. Sami worked with me and he knew my time was limited, put a deal together for me very quickly and efficiently. I didn't have to haggle back and forth on the price, he gave me a very fair price and was very knowledgable about the car itself. The best car buying experience I've ever had. After I bought the car, a week later I came back and bought a 2006 Jetta for my daughter. I looked at several car dealers for the used cars, but again was drawn to this dealer. I highly recommend Sami and the Norwood VW dealer.

Good place. George went out of his way to take care of us. A nice change after a day of going thru several different dealerships. Easy place to do business with.
Nice car as well at a reasonable price. We had a odd timing issue with our car buy, and they helped us get through it.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, took his time with us, and most importantly he LISTENED to my questions and gave me frank, honest answers. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I will be purchasing my next car from him in the future. Ask for Herb, you won't be disappointed!

The friendliest sales person I have ever met was George! I bought my first car here and they made it such a great experience. I love my new car. I walked in there with a general idea of what I wanted and cars were pointed out to me within minutes that all seemed great. I found my match here and everything went smoothly. I have purchased many new vehicles, this was the best experience ever. Spoke with salesperson over the phone before i even arrived and had what i wanted ready to go for me. There were no games, going back and forth with managers and no waiting for answers. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family.
