Be sure to work with Paolo Silva - for real I've serviced my TT as long as I have owned it (10+years) at Valenti. Paolo Silva was my service advisor for many of my visits. He always took great care of me and my garage kept vehicle. Unfortunately I did not get Paolo on my 12/14/17 service although the service ticket has his name on it. I was assured that my car would be kept inside overnight for the service that should only take a day. Late the next day I called to get status and was told car would need to stay extra day due to wrong part received. This wrong part was for a service I did not authorize - but they had already begun the work. I was again assured that my carwas being kept inside. The next day when I went to get the car it was covered in dirt and bird crap. And remnants of snow! They said it was too cold for them to wash the car (it would not have needed it had they kept it inside like they told me twice). When I got it home I washed it (not too cold for me) and found some very nasty paint chips on the hood and some decent sized scratches. Very disappointed in the treatment of my car and the outright lies. Paolo would not do that - so be sure you work with him. More

Brake Pads at 3mm quoted to be replaced at $986.00. xxx ??? Are you freakin' kidding me? $750 for parts was stated over the phone. This place robs WOMEN. Last time a simple paint touch up was quotes for $600 Are you freakin' kidding me? $750 for parts was stated over the phone. This place robs WOMEN. Last time a simple paint touch up was quotes for $600 until the insurance company weighed in and they 'decided' they would abide with what the insurance company quoted, which was $200 less. This place has thieves and villains of pure evil iLk when it comes to service. o call it pure B.S. is an super understatement of exponential proportions. This place literally needs to be reviewed by STATE inspectors and charged with over-pricing parts and service by the Attorney General. This xxxx is going all over the internet. More

Last week, I contacted the service department to schedule my $10,000 mile check up. The service manager, L Scott Taylor, contacted me immediately to set up my appointment. The entire service experience was fantastic as I was assigned to Paulo Silva, service consultant. Paulo politely answered all my questions and contacted me with time range of car pick up. I happened to arrive early and was happy to wait for my car in the luxurious client lounge. Paulo expedited my stay by washing my car himself. More
