Lost Customer WOW, I was waiting for this survey. I had an appointment at 2:00 on Wednesday to get my oil and filter changed on my 2017 Passat. I got to your shop WOW, I was waiting for this survey. I had an appointment at 2:00 on Wednesday to get my oil and filter changed on my 2017 Passat. I got to your shop about 15 minutes early. I sat outside because of this virus going around. I did not have a issue with that. You had benches set up outside. The first issue I had was after i had walked in to tell your guy I was there and I wanted my oil changed. I asked if they could check my front end because it made a clunky noise when I first starting driving and turned to the left. I said that the car had 35,000 miles and I know your warranty policies of 3 and 5 years. He guy came outside and said that my car was out of warranty (3 years, 36000 miles November of 2019. Now that made me mad. The technician has to pull off the plastic skid plate to change the oil and also has to drive the car into the shop, and put it on the hoist. They guy said he would have to charge me $65.00 to look at it. What a joke. Second issue was at 4:00 another guy came out and told me that he check on my car and find out what was going on he said he would be back in 15 minutes(car had been there 2 hours so far). At 4:30 the same guy came out and said I needed a cabin filter and wipers and asked if I wanted them changed. Gee, do you think what I said? NO!!! He said he would get the car washed and back in 15 minutes. Car pulled up in front at 5:00 30 minutes later. Now the positive thing was you didn't charge me labor. WOW 3 hour oil change, and I saved about $10.00 for labor. Can't wait to schedule another appointment. NOT!!! Wurst customer service that I have ever had. Mark Pederson More

Bought a used sedan from Valley VW in Jan 2013. Took the car home and 3 days later it needed a quart of oil. Then 1 week later the car needed another quart of oil. Inquired with a mechanic about the problem car home and 3 days later it needed a quart of oil. Then 1 week later the car needed another quart of oil. Inquired with a mechanic about the problem and got a quote of about $1500 to fix the problem. The same day I went to Valley VW to tell them about the major mechanical issues. (3 weeks after the car purchase) Then I was told " TO BAD YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARANTY". Then was very quickly rushed out the door before any potential customers may have heard the issue. Dont expect any follow on customer service from these people. More

i went to get my car service for a 100K miles maintenance and i was told the car had no problems besides changing tires and brake pads. A week later, i have the check engine light out, leakage in the steerin and i was told the car had no problems besides changing tires and brake pads. A week later, i have the check engine light out, leakage in the steering fluid, and need for axle replacement. I paid $350+ and all i got was an oil change out oh this service. WORST SERVICE EVER!
