I would like to start by saying if you have a poor experience with this dealership, please report to Ford Customer Care!! Dealerships hate when the review is provided to Ford as it could potentially t experience with this dealership, please report to Ford Customer Care!! Dealerships hate when the review is provided to Ford as it could potentially take from the dealership’s bonus and incentives! Or even the number of cars Ford provides them to sell on their lot!! Make sure you fill out any ‘How did we do surveys’, too. Customer service is atrocious at this dealership! They tell you that they won't provide you with a loaner vehicle - however, if you have a 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty they are REQUIRED to provide you with a loaner or set you up with a rental car for 10 days. I confirmed this through Ford Customer Care. Ford actually had to call and tell Karen at the dealership the requirements! Yikes!! Sounds like they are taking advantage of their customers. I reached out to my sales guy, Kristian, to see if he could assist me with getting answers and he didn't respond. That is poor service - he gets the commission then ignores you. We will no longer be working with him! Also, the service dept has no communication skills and refuse to answer any of your questions. I reached out and left many voicemails - never heard back. Actually, I started to show up and between showing up to the dealership and having Ford Customer Care involved, that is the ONLY time I received answers. When you do reach out to James Holley - the Service Director that you see responding to all of the poor reviews, you won't receive a response (at least, I didn't!). And no one would provide me with Jason Schaub's phone number, the GM. I have details typed up that I will be providing as far up as I can to Ford - I plan on it getting to Bill Ford as luckily I have family that works for Ford and have contacts. This dealership represents Ford poorly and should have the Ford name revoked from the dealership! BEWARE! They will get your sale (in our case, 2 cars - totaling $100K only 4 months ago) then treat you like crap when you need service. Luckily, Ford Customer Care was on my side and helped me. Roush has lost my husband and I as customers. We will continue to tell everyone to STAY AWAY from Roush.... More
This was my second purchase here and this will be my last. Purchased a used truck and left with gas tank on Empty. They did not put gas in it. Additionally noticed after leaving that the tint on the front windshield was peeled in a spot after going to get detailed during the signing process. Our purchase was done on Saturday near closing time, so couldnt call but emailed our salesman right away with pictures. A response was received with indication would look in to it. To no avail. Had to make phone calls in to office ourselves to address and had to bring vehicle back in. Did so on day stated but said manager was busy with customer then going to lunch, so would have to wait. Could not wait for over an hour as they suggested so made appointment to come back again next day. Next day came and manager did not want to allow them to even put $20 worth of gas in the tank but eventually did. However nothing about the window tint. Said front windshields never are tinted fully and they cant do anything about it, even thought the mishap transpired during the process of their team detailing the vehicle upon purchase. Poor customer service in this instance from the beginning and will certainly not recommend them nor elect to deal with them in the future. More
Roush ford was very nice and helpful (especially Kristian, salesperson) trying to help make a deal that was doomed from the start. I had herd good things about the service department. After trying for 2 days to get through to someone and leaving several voicemails. I understand you are busy, but that doesn't explain why the employees are rude. I WILL not EVER bring my car to your place and I will also let anyone I know that is thinking about your place the experience I have had. More
What a wonderful experience here at Roush! Huge shoutout to Randy and Ken for making the entire buying process quick and easy. Got in and out in less than 3 hours with the vehicle I wanted. I recently purchased a Ford Bronco from Roush Ford. I saw the Bronco on the dealer website and called Randy Cheadle to find out if was still available. I was able to purchase and take home the Bronco that day and am very happy with the entire process. I had previously purchased 2 cars from Randy and was very happy with the sales process as well as the dealership. My current purchase was no exception, I don't feel any stress buying a car from Randy and Roush Ford. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and I enjoyed the time I spent there. I was never left wondering where we were in the buying process, I was always well informed. I will buy from Randy and this dealership again in the future. I love my new Bronco and look forward to new adventures. More
Just purchased a used car here and had a great experience! I had shown interest online but wasn't sure about the car, it was because of Jerry's follow-up that I actually came into the dealership a experience! They obliged my request for a pre-purchase inspection with my own mechanic and held the car for me while I completed the inspection and purchase over a couple days. Upon my request they also completed an additional service on the vehicle after purchase and even after the sale was complete my additional two stops into the dealership (to drop off the car for service and again to pick it up) were great. I would recommend this dealership and buy a car here again. More
First, I would like to say in all my past visits I have had A+ service. This experience however didn't go so well. I brought my F150 in to get a oil change. I also shared that I noticed oil spots on the tailgate and thia I received a low oil pressure light. After the Oil change they confirm that there was an oil pan leak (This is the same issue that I had serviced 9 months prior). I made an appointment to bring the truck back in because I needed to have a loader car. I dropped the truck off on 5/3/21 for the oil pan service. After a week I had to reach out for an update. I received no communication from the service center. I initiated all contacts except for the final contact to let me know my truck was ready. In past services I would with a person named Destry that provided me with updates every few days. when I used the text option this visit that was provided, I received zero response. I picked the truck up on 5/14/21. After leaving the lot I noticed a odd noise. I persisted the rest of the day. I called back in on 5/15/21 and returned the truck later that day. I had them listen for the noise and also pointed out the oily hand prints left on the hood after the service. The determined the noise to be a drive train issue and made some calls to have me leave the truck behind. they were able to provide me with a rental again. I received a call Monday Morning that the founf the issue and resolved it. I picked up my truck and asked what they found. they informed me that the heat shields that had to remove to replace the oil pan were not reinstalled properly. When I left and got home I noticed that I still had the oily handprints on the hood. Less than 48 hours after picking up the truck I was shocked when my truck displayed a CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON warning light. I was able to pop the hood and check the oil and see that oil levels were normal, they failed to reset the oil setting after the oil change. More
