Shopping for a larger safer car for my wife, we visited Valley Hi where I had received excellent service when taking my Accord there for maintenance before. Upon arrival, we found several of the model vehicles we were interested in and were greeted by Richard within a few minutes. He was very friendly and helpful with no high pressure tactics at all. Richard was quite knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and we soon found a model we were interested in buying. We sat with Richard and Supervisor Chris to negotiate the purchase and trade-in of our vehicle with reasonable and mutually agreeable results in very short order. Richard and Chris helped us get all of the paperwork started very efficiently and with their help and assistance of the finance officer, she spent a few extra minutes to find us a very reasonable finance rate.
