I called Valley in response to a pre-owned listing on Autotrader. I live 250 miles from Valley Imports and had to rely upon the staff to provide me an accurate description. The moment Bob (Schumacher) picked up the phone I knew I could trust him. He provided me a description of the vehicle's condition, confirmed a few details, and I decided I wanted the listed vehicle. Despite a small amount of confusion during the initial handoff, my experience with coordinating finance was a breeze. Marshall expertly handled everything and when I arrived several days later to take delivery of the vehicle all I had to do was put a physical signature on the already prepared paperwork. I was in and out of Valley Imports in 30 minutes flat. The paperwork was done, the vehicle had been freshly washed, and they even filled the gas tank for my trip back to the Twin Cities. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Valley Imports again as a result of the excellent service from Bob and Marshal. More
