BIG MISTAKE Bought the car in Sept 2012 and by April BIG MISTAKE Bought the car in Sept 2012 and by April 2013 the car had already broke down twice first the radiator was cracked and of course the warr BIG MISTAKE Bought the car in Sept 2012 and by April 2013 the car had already broke down twice first the radiator was cracked and of course the warrantee I purchased that only covers engine and transmission didn't cover it, ok fine I get that, the second brake down was the fly wheel and that was not covered also by the warrantee per the service dept the fly wheel is not part of the engine or transmission. Everything I looked up and I also have asked mechanics all say that fly wheel is part of the engine or the transmission. When I went in to talk to the finance manager and explained to him what has been going on and that when I bought the car with the extended warrantee the whole purpose of buying extended warrantee was so that I didn't end up purchasing a used car and have it parked in my driveway and that I needed a copy of my warrantee all he said is that I had to get that from the warrantee comp, I would call the warrantee comp and they would say that the dealer was suppose to give it to me. So I went back and forth trying to get a copy from the warrantee comp and the dealer but the dealer made no attempt to help me. Also after a few month I hadn't received anything from the DMV and I hadn't had license plate so I finally went to the DMV and they told me that the dealer had never registered the car, I then had to pay for the registration More
Purchased a 2011 Expedition with a due bill to have vehicle detailed (Acid Wash, the works) among other services. I was scheduled 3 times to get procedure done and it was excuse after excuse as to why vehicle detailed (Acid Wash, the works) among other services. After Vally Kia haveing my vehicle for 9+ hours could not get it done. Services is so bad, even though I have a DUE BILL to me, I wont get the service done there for FREE. More
