A new experience for an octogenarian car owner. As it turned out, we ordered the new car that day, from the smiling man who greeted us at Valley Subaru in Longmont. I had a lot of questions about the car we were after, an Impreza, mostly about the new electronic wizardry that makes driving safer and easier. Ryan Hall knows this stuff, and more, and explained everything in a helpful, pleasant manner. We soon agreed on all the bells and whistles we wanted, and the price was right, no running back and forth to the man with the smelly cigar. (He doesn't work there). My wife loves the car (it has some of the attributes of a sports car). Both of us consider the entire experience as most satisfactory. More

I switched from Nissan, and the reasons I did was because A) Subaru is a better car and B) They are very pushy and do there best to pressure you to leave with a vehicle. Nick and Subaru helped me feel like this was truly my decision and like he truly had my best interest in mind. After he gave me the facts on why Subaru has such high ratings, I did not want anything else besides a Subaru. He also made my dog really happy with some treats and a nice walk around the property as I finished up some paperwork with finance. If it wasn't for Nicks great customer service and knowledge on the vehicle I wanted, I would have not walked out of there with a Subaru. 2nd car from Cali, better experience than the first! Cali was so helpful when I got my Outback a couple months ago so when it came time to trade in and upgrade my wife's car to a new Crosstrek, the only Cali was so helpful when I got my Outback a couple months ago so when it came time to trade in and upgrade my wife's car to a new Crosstrek, the only call I made was to Cali. We took our time and did the majority of the negotiating over the phone and Cali did it the right way. He gave us space and time when I asked for it, but made sure to stay in touch and got what we needed. He's a pleasure to work with and I look forward to getting our next car from him, too! More
