Edit: After a bit more persistence on my part, they are making things right. Steer clear of this dealership, shady service department ruined my car after a routine oil change and is refusing to pay for making things right. Steer clear of this dealership, shady service department ruined my car after a routine oil change and is refusing to pay for damages. Car was fine, brought it in for routine maintenance now it is leaking oil all over. Had a phone conversation with maintenance, told me to drive back down to dealership which is over an hour away and they would take care of it. When I arrive, they have no record of my call and refuse to take responsibility for the problem they created, completely wasting my time and sticking me with an expensive problem they created. Sub par shady business. Take your money and trust elsewhere. More
