My Review of Van Andel Flikkema Chrysler Jeep:
Over the last few years we have visited VanAndel & Flikkema to review and test drive their vehicles, from the very first visit they have always been very caring, compassionate and attentive. They also purchased back our used Chrysler Aspen and gave a very far vehicle payoff price!

We have now purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and every step of the process Christian Flikkema has worked with us very patiently to search for the right vehicle with all the options and extras items we needed. His understanding of the incentive programs also helped us with the final purchase price. Christian explained all the functions of the Jeep and drove with us to learn how everything worked on the road. He also connected our phones to the hands free U-connect and set-up other programing functions.

John Flikkema the service manager even greeted us to ensure we were pleased with the prep of the Jeep and happy with the detailing, and also greeted by Chris Brokaw and others as well.

I would high recommend Christian Flikkema and the dealership to anyone!

Warranty issue,a part on my seat broke, the part was ordered. I was called and made
an appointment.The repair was completed and my attention was called to an alignment
issue which we agreed to fix while I was there saving another trip.
Time well spent.

My Review of Van Andel Flikkema Chrysler Jeep:
I had to have warranty work performed on my Jeep Liberty. I set up an appointment on the phone and when I arrived they had all my paperwork ready to go. I was told that they estimated the work to take one and a half to two hours to complete. One hour later I was on my way with all work completed ( including car wash ). The service technician was very courteous and professional during the entire process. I am completely satisfied with my experience in the Service Dept.

My Review of Van Andel Flikkema Chrysler Jeep:
While internet shopping for a 2012 Town & Country, I searched for prices in most of lower Michigan. I liked Van Andel Flikkema website because it was easy to navigate for pricing, showed pricing after all rebates , and I could do most of my shopping without even having to talk on the phone to a salesman ( I don't like pushy salespersons). I was able to do most of my business over the internet, so I drove to the dealership, traded my vehicle in, signed the papers, and drove home in my new 2012 Town & Country the same day. No hassles. Great people to work with!

Purchasing a used car from the VF dealership was a great experience! Their prices are competitive and Bill Berger, our sales represenative, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that he was up front and most importantly honest which made the sale. We drove two and one half hours to get to the VF dealership and I would gladly do it again to deal with Bill.

My Review of Van Andel Flikkema Chrysler Jeep:
Heater fan quit blowing air. Called service and talked to TY. He scheduled a time slot for me within 2 hours!

When I took it in, Ty was busy elsewhere, but Chad knew I was coming and the reason for the visit. I had other questions, and wanted an "under the hood" tour and explanation. Chad took the time to lift the hood and answer my questions. He seems to be not only knowledgeable, but patient and understanding, as well as friendly.

I enjoyed coffee in their nice waiting room, and Chad kept me informed. He came in and told me what the problem was, the cost, and the repair time. When I inquired about the part that had gone bad, he even got it and showed it to me, explaining how they determined that it was bad and needed to be replaced.

When I got to my car, they had even run it through the car wash!

Great service! Great Attitude! Great Treatment!
