Originally, it felt as though i was being handled in some way, to make the price go up/hold up, but eventually i could just tell them what i wanted, what i could do, and thats what we did. The paper work took forever, for a cash deal, so plan for that. There seems a bottleneck in the closing process. The salesman, Pat Greene, was a helpful guy, with good knowledge of the process, and a willing but harried guy. Lots to do. But he gets it done. A pleasent surprise. More
