From the first time I did the online inquiry to signing papers it was a great experience. I really like the fact that they waste no time getting stuff done. Louie was great and seemed to know about the car papers it was a great experience. I really like the fact that they waste no time getting stuff done. Price was perfect. Very friendly. Billy was excellent in listening to us in what we wanted & provided us with several choices. The reason why I gave less than 5 stars in some areas was because when we signe listening to us in what we wanted & provided us with several choices. The reason why I gave less than 5 stars in some areas was because when we signed to buy it took a very long time...& I had to return once to resign papers because the original papers had the wrong finance co on it,return again to fill out a phone verification paper,then was asked to return a third time to fill out another paper. (At this point I had the vehicle for 3 weeks or better) when I said I really didn't want to make the half hour drive again..an employee did come to my house so that made me happy.I think this was an isolated incident... Great over-all service! We came from Ohio to buy this Ram Truck-everything was as described over the phone-the auto service dept. was able to clear coat the entire vehicle as soon as the papers were signed.
