Recall Everyone is so courteous. Had recall done and although the first time the part was replaced, it must have been a defect. I called to have a tech loo Everyone is so courteous. Had recall done and although the first time the part was replaced, it must have been a defect. I called to have a tech look at it and they agreed and immediately ordered another part. Called in the morning to see how long it would take and they already had the part and got me in that same afternoon. Awesome people there and we wouldn't go anywhere else. More

poor service and overprice I have a 2010 dodge 3500 with 127,000 engine light went on and they charged me $100 to tell me they don't have the parts and don't know when they are I have a 2010 dodge 3500 with 127,000 engine light went on and they charged me $100 to tell me they don't have the parts and don't know when they are going to be in. Its January its cold its a diesel and now I can't remote state my truck because they cant get o2 sensories and the check engine light is on. Then they want to charge me a $100 for a film ware update, why should I have to pay for an update for something they got wrong from the start. I go to a dodge dealer because they have dodge parts! It is unacceptable for them not to have parts, and this is not the first time. More

Awesome experience! Tom Lewis helped me the moment I walked in the door. I told him what car I had been interested in from viewing online and he went to find the car righ Tom Lewis helped me the moment I walked in the door. I told him what car I had been interested in from viewing online and he went to find the car right away. I fell in love with the car right away and was happy when Tom was willing to stay late to meet with me the day I came to pick up my "new" car. Grand Caravan Purchase I'll give a 4/5 rating. I felt pressured to buy the day I inquired about the vehicle, though I took a few days to check into a couple of things they I'll give a 4/5 rating.
