I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac and their entire team!! I had my heart set on a specific Jeep located in Stoughton, but couldn’t make it there in time—and Hyundai of Fond du Lac and their entire team!! I had my heart set on a specific Jeep located in Stoughton, but couldn’t make it there in time—and the Fond du Lac team stepped in and made it happen. They arranged to bring the vehicle up so I didn’t have to make a 2.5 hour drive… and here’s the kicker—they had nothing to gain from my purchase. This Jeep had to go through a Jeep dealership, meaning they were simply acting as the middleman… yet you would have thought I was buying a brand new Ferrari from them with how I was treated!! Dave went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore. He stayed late on his day off and even came back after picking his wife up from the airport just to make sure the last few minutes of my deal were handled and that I was taken care of. That level of dedication is unreal. Brian stepped in seamlessly while Dave was out and was just as friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The whole team truly works together and it shows. And Brad and Tyler in finance—WOW. They were honest, educational, and genuinely had my best interest in mind. No pressure, no gimmicks, no pushing unnecessary add-ons—just real, transparent advice on what made sense for me. That alone is rare and so appreciated. To top it all off, I had my dog with me and they treated him like part of the family—love, hugs, treats… the whole experience just felt comfortable, fun, and stress-free from start to finish.
