I needed a new (in my case used) car. My old one was clearly starting its path down the road of deterioration. I purchased a vehicle from the Auto Outlet in December 2010, they were friendly and had great customer service. I had heard a problem in the front of the vehicle in December and took it to the Market Stre 2010, they were friendly and had great customer service. I had heard a problem in the front of the vehicle in December and took it to the Market Street Customer Service Center to have them look at it. I researched online and saw there had been some problems with the ball joints which what I asked them about. They stated they found no problem at that time. Now they state the left ball joint has gone bad and they want me to pay $649 to fix it. I have not had the car for a year and they want me to pay that, when I stated There was a problem with it months ago. I know my vehicle was not brand new,but I did not except to have to put that much money into this vehicle this soon. I have recommended my family and friends to vandevere, but I will not recommend vandevere anymore. If I could I will give the vehicle back and take the loss. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. More
