I needed a new (in my case used) car. My old one was clearly starting its path down the road of deterioration. I called a few dealers and this was the first that wasn't cramming numbers and crap down my clearly starting its path down the road of deterioration. They didn't push me out of my comfort zone and helped me get into the car I wanted, not the one they did. I would go back in a second and I will be for the free car washes. Randy was personable and took care of everything. I was impressed and happy to have met him. I feel comfortable that I can contact him anytime in the future and he will do all he can to help. I purchased a vehicle from the Auto Outlet in December 2010, they were friendly and had great customer service. I had heard a problem in the front of the vehicle in December and took it to the Market Stre 2010, they were friendly and had great customer service. I had heard a problem in the front of the vehicle in December and took it to the Market Street Customer Service Center to have them look at it. I researched online and saw there had been some problems with the ball joints which what I asked them about. They stated they found no problem at that time. Now they state the left ball joint has gone bad and they want me to pay $649 to fix it. I have not had the car for a year and they want me to pay that, when I stated There was a problem with it months ago. I know my vehicle was not brand new,but I did not except to have to put that much money into this vehicle this soon. I have recommended my family and friends to vandevere, but I will not recommend vandevere anymore. If I could I will give the vehicle back and take the loss. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. More
