Hire a new internet sales manager! I'm torn on this review... the customer service was pretty good, but the process went horribly awry. I wasn't even considering Ford as an option, b I'm torn on this review... the customer service was pretty good, but the process went horribly awry. I wasn't even considering Ford as an option, but was browsing local dealers and saw a 2015 Fusion on sale for $17715. WOW - I had to see this car! I drove to the dealership and asked for a test drive. Aubrey was my sales person. She was funny, nice, knowledgeable, and NORMAL. We had a great drive, but it was day one of my search, so I had to go home and think. I text her that night with questions, and she got back to me right away. The following morning, my intention was to go sign papers on that car. The stupid move on their part was trying to upsell me into a car $15000 above my budget. Of course I fell in love, and wasn't able to commit to the lesser model anymore. They gave a little push to talk numbers, so I was curious. Unfortunately, the posted internet price was all the sudden a 'glitch' in the system, but they were going to honor it with conditions. The sale went sour. They offered me a laughable amount on my trade to offset their loss, and they were strongly pressuring me into Ford Financing at more than double the interest of my bank loan. In the end, I walked away upset, confused, and without a car. The other frustrating part was they had a limited amount of Fusions, and were resistant to dealer trades to find me what I wanted. The following day, I received phone calls from what I'm assuming are higher ups at Vancouver Ford apologizing for the poor experience. They fixed their 'glitch'. I ended up purchasing a better Ford Fusion at another dealership with absolutely ZERO hassle. They even did a dealer trade for me. Vancouver Ford lost my business and any recommendations because of this experience. More

With some minor financial misunderstandings we took the car back to Vancouver Ford. Steve Backo was our salesman and was very awesome throughout the entire process. When we came back he was concerned that we were going to park the car and walk off be we surprised him by asking to see a 2014 Ford Fiesta. We ended up with a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. The process was quick and easy and I love my new car. Vancouver Ford is wonderful place to purchase a car. It doesn't take all day or night, just a couple of hours. Went back in a month later and finally got what I was looking for. I was a little upset that a couple of prices I was quoted ended up being more than originally stated. Within the first tank of gas, the truck started having vibration issues so I took it in for service and they balanced the wheels and tires and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Well that didn't do anything and it has consistently gotten worse. I have contacted service multiple times and they were "looking into it" Its been almost two months now and they've done nothing and don't seem to want to. I have a brand new F-150 parked in my driveway because it vibrates so bad the visors shake and you constantly feel it. Because I'm a woman, they tried to tell me that's how trucks drive. It didn't drive like that when I test drove it or I would have laughed! It should be covered under warranty. How would you feel if you spent that kind of money on something that broke within a few hundred miles and the dealership just blows you off? Vancouver Ford should go out of business if that's how they treat their customers. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and I can not believe this is how they are allowed to treat people. They need to fix it right or take it back. More
