Went to Quick lane to have my truck serviced, and they had problems getting the oil filter removed. I realize this took alot of time, but that is no excuse for not completing the fluid checks. I got home and did a post trip check and noticed the fluids were not topped off as usual. Normally this is not an issue as they always seemed to complete the check sheet and give me a copy. Did not receive a copy this time, and obviously they were not done. A bit disappointed lately. The last time it was in, the person backing it out of the shop broke a mirror on the pillar of the bay she was backing out of. She did not say anything at the time to the service advisor or me. If I hadn't have been watching her backing out, I probably would have left. Granted, they fixed it then and there, but it was disappointing to think it was damaged and was not reported. I have been taking all of my vehicles there for years and until recently have had minimal issues with their performance. More
