Getting car serviced can be a good experience I have always dreaded taking my car into the dealership for service, because I felt like I was intruding into their workday, but this time was very I have always dreaded taking my car into the dealership for service, because I felt like I was intruding into their workday, but this time was very different. I had a driver side mirror that had an milky color in the glass and this caused some difficulty seeing traffic beside me. I was told that a part would be ordered and when I returned in a few days, my service advisor told me that the part was in and it would take a couple hours to fix. He kept me informed, during my wait and within an hour, my car was repaired and washed. My service advisor, Andrew Shannon, walked me to the car, had me inspect the new mirror and asked if there was anything else I needed. He called the next day to make sure I was still happy with the repair. More

True 5 Star Customer Service Perry Coy did an excellent job!! I did an inquiry in regards to a vehicle online and another associate contacted me. We scheduled a visit to come in and the original associate was already gone for the day. With no hesitation Perry stepped up willingly and offered his service. He was amazing throughout the entire process. Even though we completed the entire process of the paperwork and finance, and did not pull through with delivery of the vehicle due to the customer service and attitude I felt through a sales manager, I really feel Perry Coy did all he could to ensure I was happy. The rest was out of his hands. I would recommend Perry to anyone in the market for a vehicle. He really showed interest and paid attention to the details that I required and appreciate it the most. Worst Experience Ever very disappointed with the overall service we received. Scott was the rudest sales person I've encountered. How do you expect to sell when you treat people as if they were ignorant. They took advantage of a young 20 year old trying to purchase her 1st car. To top it off they took a trade in car that was not in her name and when I went to get the car they had already taken the plates away! Never again will we do business with these people or dealership. She was very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my wants and needs. Before I had even arrived at the dealership she had my vehicle of choice up front and ready to go. She even came out of her own pocket to buy all my children snacks in order to keep them pre occupied while we discussed the semantics of my deal. I am genuinely impressed with the staff overall and will be sure to send all my friends and family to see Reagan. More
