I have already recommended this dealership to 2 of my close friends. ! will be there in Sept or Nov to purchase a car. Jeff Burton worked on his day off to help me get the right car for my needs. My husband and I were interested in the Chevy Equinox, we met with Mr. French and his sales mananger. These two men were absolutley horrible! They both talked to us like we were children and I believe they met with Mr. French and his sales mananger. These two men were absolutley horrible! They both talked to us like we were children and I believe they were trying to bully us into buying this car. The Equinox is a wonderful car and we were very interested, but when they opened their mouths, they sealed the deal with me! There was no way I was buying a car from these hateful men. They both kept pointing to another client in the showroom telling us that if we didn't want the car that the other client did! Also, Mr. French asked my 6yr old son what grade he was in 3 times! He asked him if he was in kinny garden or first grade! Come on...pay attention when the child answers your questions! We were also approved for a 0% interest rate at another dealership and they told us the best they could get us was 6.25% there! I really felt like I was being pressured and told my husband I was ready to leave. The car that we were buying was for me and it was my decision and I told them I wanted to go home and think about it. They kept threatening to sell the car to the other client, but in the same breath...wanted me to take the car home and drive it! In the end we left and bought our car from Todd McKenzie at Vann York Nissan (High Point Nissan), he was the best! I will never do business with that dealership and I don't recommend them to anyone! If you want I new car please go see Todd McKenzie at Vann York Nissan! Pat Abernethy More
