I saw a televsion ad about special pricing on 2011 Honda models and I went to the website to check it out. I answered the questions about which model I was interested in and was contacted the next day with models and I went to the website to check it out. I made an appointment to visit the dealership to look at the car I had chosen. I arrived and Mr. Purdy had the car ready for me to take a test drive. All of my questions were answered by Mr. Purdy and I felt no pressure to make any sort of decision. When I decided to pursue purchasing the vehicle Mr. Purdy had my old car evaluated for trade in. The price I received was more than what I had expected. While I waited for the paperwork to be processed Mr. Purdy got me something to drink and periodically checked up on me to let me know the status of the paperwork. I thought Mr. Purdy delived exceptional customer service. When the original paperwork was completed and ready for me to sign, I was handed off to Mr. Reggie Jackson in financing. He explained every option to me clearly and thoroughly. He was very professional. I did not feel rushed or pressured to chose any particular financing option. Mr. Jackson told me that with my credit score I qualified for their lowest financing option which really helped my budget.
