My Review of Vatland Honda:
I wanted to see a CRV and possibly test drive it. Marla had a white one, my color of choice and was very easy to talk with, answering all my questions. I drove it, went back the next day,
drove it again and bought it. Marla and Jamie were friendly, helpful, professional
and very much Vatland Honda people creating another Vatland Honda person, in me.
My first time to own a Honda.

When the time comes,I expect the service department to be just as wonderful, based on the information from Marla. So far everything has been first class and I am well pleased.

I bought my car from this dealer and couldn't have been happier. I did a lot of research ahead of time and they were right on par - even a little better - than the values online for my new civic and trade-in for my accord. Jack Orr was honest and nice and I'd highly recommend him everyone. The dealership is very welcoming and I would buy from them again.

My Review of Vatland Honda:
Approximately 20 years ago we dealt with Vatland and did not have a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I stopped by Vatland Honda this weekend. We were so very pleased with the experience. Our salesman Jamie Negvesky was so very kind and effecient. I appreciated his honesty and he was such a pleasure doing business with him. We have traded cars quite alot over the last 29 years and this was by far one of the most pleasant experiences. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and fun. Who said trading cars couldn't be fun? I would recommend Vatland Honda to anyone!

My Review of Vatland Honda:
We visited based on an ad for a used Accord. By the time we arrived (we live about 40 miles away) the car that attracted us was sold. The Salesperson, Neil Jarman, showed us other used cars and then I wandered over to the new car section to look at a white CRV. Neil gave us an enthusiastic overview of the car,a test drive, and we decided to get our car appraised to see how well the numbers would work for a trade. We did ultimately go through with the purchase. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience! All of the folks we were introduced to were very cordial and helpful and Neil was great! Way to go Vatland!

Great salesman, who listened to what our needs were. They had a good selection of cars and the transaction was conducted with absolutely no buying pressure. The process was smooth, efficient, and quick.

Great service, went in and told them what we wanted and got us what we wanted on the first vehical that he showed us, Got a great deal on it to. The only thing was we sat around for a while and had to go get another key made at a different dealership but they payed for it and for the price that we got for the van we got it was well worth it.

My Review of Vatland Honda:
Had checked dealer website and inquired about a Civic listed as an internet special. Contacted David Drenning and arranged to look at the car the next day while my Honda CR-V was in for service. Was warmly greeted the next day by Jack Orr, of sales, and offered to drive the Civic around town and to take my time while my CR-V was serviced. My wife and I both took turns driving the car and were impressed with the car and the friendly staff. During our test drive, I was contacted by Jame Mclaughlin of the service department and was told that my CR-V only needed an oil & filter change at this time and I could defer the more extensive service until the next oil change. Overall I was satisfied with the experience of purchasing my second Honda from Vatland and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

My Review of Vatland Honda:
Will promise you the world to get you come in and deliver nothing. I explained exactly what I had as a trade and what I needed to trade into. I was told to go ahead and drive up (an hour away). When I got there, Jaime who I spoke to on the phone and Dave (who did not respond to my em-mail) were then too busy to see me and pawned me off on Bill Green who was nice enough but told me my goal was unrealistic. They could give me what I wanted for my trade in but didn't have anything on the lot that would fit my parameters for a used car. The same ones I expressed to Jaime before I drove up. Now Jaime and Dave had nothing at all too say and Bill of course blamed them. I would have just been ok with that if it hadn't been for the condescending letter from Bill I received several days later thanking me for coming in and telling me to come back when my goals were more realistic ie a used car that was more than $12,000. so he could make more on it. I guess that is why they are laying off employees and have so few cars to sell. Who's goals are unrealistic?
