My car was detailed and spotless when I dropped it off and it was dirty and covered in gravel dust when I picked it up. I asked if they could have cleaned it for me and I was told they couldn't do that bu and it was dirty and covered in gravel dust when I picked it up. Even though you have an appointment made for an oil change. They are always 2 hours behind schedule. When questioning the service clerk she never made eye contact, like she didn’t want to give the time change. They are always 2 hours behind schedule. When questioning the service clerk she never made eye contact, like she didn’t want to give the time of the day. She then said the car was just now getting pulled in 2 hours later from appointment time. When talking to Jena about the girl not giving eye contact or the time of the day, the girl then laughs in my face. The customer service for the service department has not been great the last several times. More
