Made an appointment for an oil change and the update to be done. Verified the update when I called and was told it would be done and it only takes minutes to do. When we arrived for appointment the service attendant said we were down for oil change and tire rotation. I told him oil change and recall update. He said it could not be done. We were dropped off at a restaurant and when we returned and was checking out we retold the update had been completed but wasn’t signed off on. After he talked to the attendant he said it was not done and did we want to wait until they could do it. He said it would take 1 1/2 hours to do it. We could not wait. The recall letter says it takes approximately 15 minutes. We live 45 minutes away. This is unacceptable since we made the appointment for both. Very disappointed in the service dept. The person that drove us to the restaurant is to be commended. He was very polite and engaged in conversation with us. More
