Spoke with Kim on a Monday afternoon, and she scheduled my Car Doc 5,000 mile service for the next day. When I arrived I was asked who my Service Advisor was, and I advised that I wasn't given an Advisor' my Car Doc 5,000 mile service for the next day. When I arrived I was asked who my Service Advisor was, and I advised that I wasn't given an Advisor's name. The person went inside to check who my Advisor was, and when he returned he said he would be my Advisor. I waited just over an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, which exceeded my expectations. Terry was professional, and he explained everything on my multi-point inspection checklist. More

On June 20, I brought my vehicle in for an update, tire rotation, oil change, and brake inspection, and the service department had everything professionally completed within TWO HOURS. That level of efficiency and excellence is rare and deeply appreciated. But what really set this place apart was the customer service. The team at the front desk were hands-down some of the most helpful, informed, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever interacted with. They made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued — qualities that are often missing in today's customer experience. If there were a national award for dealership service, this team would be top contenders. Major shoutout to Tyler in Sales — the real MVP — for helping me find and secure my dream car. Took my money, kept my car for 3 days, and gave me more problems than I came in with. The icing on the cake? He certainly deserves special recognition...JIM REESE. He called me, and I told him what a sorry experience I had. He asked how the dealership could help retain my business, and I told him. He told me HE would talk to the staff and HE would call me back. HE never called back. I called him today, 6-8, asking why he never called me, and as I was talking, he kept talking over me. I asked him to please stop talking over me, and he hung up on me. I called right back, and when I got him back on the line, he tried to pretend he didn't know who I was! As I again attempted to explain what I wanted from the dealership, again he interrupted, and I again asked him to stop interrupting. Again, this individual who so much lacks a professional bone in his body hung up on me! I immediately hung up and called the dealership, made an appointment tp speak with the General Manager tomorrow. More
