He certainly deserves special recognition...JIM REESE. He called me, and I told him what a sorry experience I had. He asked how the dealership could help retain my business, and I told him. He told me HE would talk to the staff and HE would call me back. HE never called back. I called him today, 6-8, asking why he never called me, and as I was talking, he kept talking over me. I asked him to please stop talking over me, and he hung up on me. I called right back, and when I got him back on the line, he tried to pretend he didn't know who I was! As I again attempted to explain what I wanted from the dealership, again he interrupted, and I again asked him to stop interrupting. Again, this individual who so much lacks a professional bone in his body hung up on me! I immediately hung up and called the dealership, made an appointment tp speak with the General Manager tomorrow. More

I had heard they were sketchy before I took my vehicle but it had some open recalls that needed servicing by a certified technician so when it didn’t start on Monday morning and wouldn’t jump off, I decided to have it towed to my local Honda service center so I could have the recall stuff completed while it was there. Day 1; I actually broke the positive battery cable when taking the battery off to have it checked that fateful morning. When that happened, I just said forget it and called a wrecker. I called the victory service department and spoke with a female, told her my car was on the way and the tow driver said where he would leave the car in the normal “drop lot”. She said ok, I’ll call you when we know something. Well about 5pm, I hadn’t heard from them so I called and inquired about my car. What car? She says. It took 3 more phone calls to the tow place and the manger of the victory honda to find the car. They apologized but blamed all fault on the tow driver for not telling them it was there (of course my response was , the tow driver didn’t have to tell you, I called this morning and spoke with _______. That’s when you were informed). So day one completely wasted. Day 2; They call me about 1 pm and say it needs a battery and a positive-side cable for the battery. I complain saying there’s nothing wrong with battery . Tech claimed to have jumped off battery twice. Now remember, I tried for 20 minutes Monday morning to jump the battery and it wouldn’t start. However, it was supplying power to the car (for radio and such) I subsequently broke the terminal cable when attempting to remove battery. I still believe that battery was fine. It was only a year old. She tells me they need to put positive cable on car and get it going so they can assess the not starting problem. Day 3; I CALL HER about 4 pm because I haven’t heard anything. She says they had to order the cable and car didn’t get worked on today. I say go to autozone and get a cable and fix my car. They say has to be factory honda parts. She assured me the part is being overnighted and my car is first car to be looked at Thursday morning. Day three completely wasted. Day 4 I call about 11am to Check status, my service girl is “in a meeting” but the lady who answered the phone says she can go check status for me. She comes back after a brief hold and says “it’s almost ready”. I Will have your assigned rep call you later when finished. She never called. I went to the dealership to inquire in person and found my girl. She pulls my sheet and says, “that will be $486.” I say for what? She says, “well, a battery and a cable. That cable was a booger to install according to my tech”. So folks, they had my car for 4 days to put a battery on it? Then they charged me $500 for that battery? That’s right! Then it took them about 30 minutes to find my car. Actually, they couldn’t find the keys to the car parked in front of it. I hope they enjoy that $486. It’s the only money they will ever see of mine. And I own 5 Hondas. I never got an apology. I never got an offer of compensation. Just excuses. The tow drivers fault. The overnight parts company’s fault. Leon’s fault for losing the keys. More

0 stars if it would let me I have owned my 2008 Honda civic for 3 years now. I will never own another due to having to take it here. I would rather travel to Memphis. The first I have owned my 2008 Honda civic for 3 years now. I will never own another due to having to take it here. I would rather travel to Memphis. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, I had an appointment and waited for over 3 hours. The next time I needed an oil change, I refused to take it back. The mechanic I took it to told me my oil plug was stripped out and whoever had changed it last needed to fix it. I called Victory and brought it in. I had already purchased the synthetic oil and filter. They were very rude and acted like I wanted a free oil change. To fix their mistake they would have to drain the oil... I saved them money by already having it! I was told my car was fixed but never how. I worry that there may be metal shavings in my engine now where they drilled it out and no one will tell me how the repair was done! The previous mechanic left the undercarriage guard off because I was going straight there. I told them it was in the trunk to be put back on. The next day I heard a terrible grinding noise under my car. It was never replaced and the rest had fallen down. They were ruined after dragging the ground because they fit together and the one piece was still in my trunk! I took it back and they were especially rude and blamed me and refused to fix it! I swore I would never go back but now there is a safety recall on my car for shrapnel in the airbags. I called and they refused to give me a loaner car like their website says. Apparently I am supposed to drive around in a death trap until they get the parts in. I am so done with this dealership and their horrible service. I will definitely be contacting a corporate office. Terrible Customer Service I purchased this used vehicle from Victory Honda and brought it back for a routine oil, filter and tire rotation. My experience in purchasing the car I purchased this used vehicle from Victory Honda and brought it back for a routine oil, filter and tire rotation. My experience in purchasing the car from them had not been a good one but I will share that in a separate review. I had been told when I purchased the car that they provide two yrs complimentary basic oil and filter changes and tire rotations. I had the option of purchasing a comprehensive maintenance program they call "car doc" which I declined. I showed them the sales ad for my car stating two yrs complimentary basic maintenance. When the time came , I called to schedule my oil change and service, the person i spoke with (Kevin) acted like he had never heard of this program. We talked he put me on hold and came back and told me the earliest time he had available which was Saturday. I brought my car in that day they acted like they didnt know why I was there. They acted like they had never heard of me and even kept calling me by a different name. I showed him my sales receipt, the card explaining the program (which was in the car when I bought it) and also the sales ad stating the complimentary service. He asked me if he could have them to make copies of. They asked me for all my name and phone number and I thought all that would be in their system! He came back told me it wouldn't take long and asked me to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited so long that two other people came in to get their vehicles serviced after me and had already left. Mind you I called two days before hand and made an appointment for that time! While I was waiting numerous sales people (including the ones that sold me my car ) kept walking by getting donuts or ice cream bars from the coolers. They looked at me in the waiting room and walked off never speaking. Finally Jenifer came in to tell me my car was ready and handed me the key. She gave me the work release saying they checked the car over (including air filter) and everything was fine. The next morning (Sunday) I noticed oil drips on my garage floor. It had never leaked oil before. I looked under he car thinking the drain plug was loose, but it was tight. I looked under the hood and noticed wet oil in the engine compartment. The cap was tight but oil was puddled on the block and spark plugs and down in the car frame. They had let the car over fill with oil. I checked the dip stick and with was over the plastic indicator. I cleaned it up the best I could. Later I checked the air filter. It was clogged and dirty and the box full of leaves and trash. Mind you they indicated it was checked and did not need to be replaced. When I purchased the car from them they said it had been fully serviced before being offered for sale. Obviously they "misrepresented" that as well as this was the same air filter. More
Service tried to convince me to pay for their mistake So I had my car, which was purchased from this dealer, serviced April 2015 under the complimentary maintenance program. They overfilled the engine whe So I had my car, which was purchased from this dealer, serviced April 2015 under the complimentary maintenance program. They overfilled the engine when changing the oil and spilled oil all over the engine block and car frame. I had cleaned it the best I could. They called me with a follow up survey later that week and I explained what happened. When it was time for my next oil change I went to Toyota who did a thorough check on the car and it was ok. A month later I get a mailer from Victory inviting me in for a free vehicle inspection and get re-acquainted event with free gas card. So for laughs I go back. They asked me if I had been there before. ( mind you I had my oil changed there six months before). They take my car to the service bay for inspection and I go thru the routine of meeting everyone for the 'first time'. They come back with my vehicle inspection report and tell me I have an oil leak and they need to replace the valve cover gaskets asap. I ask them to show me the leak. They show me dried oil stains on the engine block and in the grooves and asked me "will you be replacing those now or I will make and appointment for Monday! The stains were from where the same dealer spilled oil all over the engine six months before. Shamefull. I laughed and told them no thanks. More
The service department is full of condescending folks. When I questioned Jennifer, one of the service techs, a few months ago about some of their determinations about my car she referred me to the service When I questioned Jennifer, one of the service techs, a few months ago about some of their determinations about my car she referred me to the service manager, Kevin. Thought things went okay until I returned recently and was sent directly to Kevin. He suggested 1 thing to solve my problem and 1 thing to do as maintenance, which I questioned, stating that I'd heard from a mechanic that it wasn't entirely necessary. Rather than explain why the maintenance was a good idea, he then pointedly looked at me and said "Well I guess you should go to that mechanic then." Wow. Well, for some reason I let them do the first part, only to have the problem re-occur. Needless to say I wound up with Kevin again. They kept my car for days ( I did get a loaner car, which was nice) and never called me to keep me advised of the situation. When I called on Friday, they said call back Saturday. When I called back Saturday, they told me my mechanic was off until MONDAY! Then on Monday I called and heard nothing for 2 hours. I went to the dealership to check on the car only to be told "Why the information on your car just arrived on my desk!." Yeah, right. This isn't the whole story, just the highlights. I've never been treated in such a condescending manner by customer service representatives in my life. Do not allow these people to even talk to you unless you are willing to allow them to do as they please, then they are happy. If you question them, they become surly and mean. More
Repeated Overcharging and Lying Trying To Pad Service Bill This is the only Honda dealer I have to choose from or I would never go there. Every single time I have service they have tried to pad the bill charg This is the only Honda dealer I have to choose from or I would never go there. Every single time I have service they have tried to pad the bill charging for five quarts of oil on a oil change when my car only takes four quarts clearly stated in the owners manual. Improperly installing a cabin air filter so it caused a repeated buzzing vibration going down the road so I had to make a second 45 minute drive each way to have them fix when they could have fixed it right the first time and them acting and treating me with discord and friction and anger because I wanted them to fix their mistake. When I pointed out to them they once again had overcharged me for a extra quart of oil on the oil change Judy one of the service writers tried to lie saying it took 4.7 quarts and they just rounded up to five when the owners manual clearly states it is 4.2 only and when they drain the oil there is always some still within the engine and oil pan meaning if they even tried to put in anything more than four quarts they would be over filling it which is bad for the engine and then Judy tried bringing in a mechanic who said that when they have to rebuild a engine they have to pour 4.7 quarts in it to which I responded well if I ever have to have my engine rebuilt I will be sure to remember that but for now I am only having my oil changed and I don't appreciate being overcharged for a extra quart of oil more than what is called for in my owners manual and I don't appreciate being lied to and argued with trying to justify the criminal act you tried to do over charging me when I clearly caught you doing it "Again" at which point my service writer who was caught in the middle of all this took the overcharge off my bill for this oil change and for the last oil change they had done for me where I had already pointed out they had overcharged me before. How many customers are they doing this to? They should be stopped by Honda because they are giving a black eye to the whole Honda name. Like it doesn't cost enough already when you go to a dealership that they have to put extra things on your bill to charge you even more and then on top of it all not fix properly simple things like a cabin filter change so you have to make a long repeated trip there to get something fixed right they should have done the first time around. This service department is crooked and has been from the start of my experience of having to take my car there for service but there is not a another dealer within a hundred miles I can go to so unfortunately I am stuck with them for now but I advise anyone who can to avoid them like the plague because there is nothing lower in my book than a thief. Once you could say was a honest mistake but when you see the same crooked behavior again and again that is not a mistake it is a criminal enterprise that needs to be reigned in and stopped from ripping off the customers. Dealer service departments are way too expensive to begin with without them overcharging and padding the bill on top of it and doing poor work on top of that. More
