Bought car and had problem as soon as I left. Called and was told they would see what they could do. No follow through and got the run around. Integrity is not at this dealership. Very professional and straightforward. The truck lacked A/C so that was a non-starter, but there was no pressure to make a sale. The initial sales process went smoothly. After settling on price, I started the 40-min drive to get the car. Problems: 1) Halfway there, they texted that part of the reason they improved on their trade-in offer was because they weren't going to replace the windshield after all, which had a crack at least a foot long in it. Not cool that they told me so last-minute. 2) The check engine light came on within 5 miles of leaving. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced... Not great. Fortunately, used car dealers must ensure cars pass an emissions test. Otherwise, I doubt they would have done anything about it. 3) My repair shop found another $2.5k in repairs and maintenance that the car needed. Truthfully, much of it was preventative, but the car does have serious issues with the front brakes that they should have at least warned me about. Also, most other dealers take care of the small stuff (e.g., replacing the cabin filter and windshield wipers) that Victory Motors ignored. 4) Victory Motors gave us a loaner while they replaced the catalytic converter. They gave us a clunker shuttle bus with their branding plastered all over it that had no less than five warnings - headlight out, check engine oil, check transmission, tire sensor failure, and low tire pressure. They shouldn't have given us a vehicle that was less than safe to drive. The transmission ended up becoming a bigger issue that prompted a "stop vehicle, service immediately" warning light to come on. They swapped out that shuttle bus for another identical one that also had warning lights. My experience with Victory Motors of Colorado was a death of a thousand cuts. Despite everything, I still wouldn't have posted this review had it not been for one last thing. 5) I was told multiple times that the sales manager would reach out to talk to me. I never heard word one from them. Regardless of how much of the situation was caused by Victory Motors, someone from management should at the very least stay in touch with customers who are so flagrantly inconvenienced. More
