Was misled on the sales process. defects with car not disclosed. service will not provide a loaner car. under extreme durress with provide you with a rental car which is a major inconvenience. i.e... t disclosed. service will not provide a loaner car. under extreme durress with provide you with a rental car which is a major inconvenience. i.e... the rental car place is 15+ minutes away and you have to fill out paperwork etc... They do not make customer service a priority. More
