Went in for the free oil change at 10,000 miles. When I returned home I checked the oil level and it was 1/2 inch above the full line on the dip stick!! I always take my car here, but that day, they seemed a little more stressed than usual. All my other visits have always been pleasant conversations with staff and joking, but that day, everyone seemed off little more stressed than usual. The reason for the rating of only a three is when we got home and looked at the paperwork it said they had replaced the battery and we had to call to find out why.
