He receives an A+ from his greeting, to expressing interest in helping us identify a vehicle, paperwork, test drive, detailing, explanations, introductions to others, price negotiation, phone follow-ups, and appreciation of our business. He never was too pushy or unassertive. He never promised more than he was able to deliver. The correct mix of professionalism and friendliness is hard to find. We have found these qualities in Justin. When there was something he did not know, he simply said he did not know. He then found someone who did, or researched it himself. We were never left wondering about anything throughout the whole process. He is the paragon of what Toyota should portray through all of their sales representatives.
