Unprepared, I told them I was coming and they failed to mention the vehicle isn’t ready and would not be ready for three days. They told me I could take it home that day. The one star goes to the guy that drove the hour to switch out my vehicle for the loaner do I didn’t have to make the trip again. There was also a melted chocolate, ancient Frenchfry, and small toy parts under the back seat. Blind spot monitoring does not work and I was not told there was an issue with it. I should have noticed but did not so that’s also on me, although I would expect it to work unless stated otherwise outright. Icing on the cake is the cake was both keys, vehicle has keyless entry and start, were dead. I couldn’t lock the car until I went to the store to purchase batteries. More
