I've been buying VWs and Audis for over 30 years and without a doubt my experience at Vin Devers has been the absolute best. At Vin Devers I was greeted with a smile and an enthusiastic,knowledgeable and professional staff. I was able to test drive 2 cars (something that had been problematic at another dealership), and with 10 ten days picked up my 2012 Audi A5 with a manual transmission. I was so impressed that Vin Devers was able to get this car for me as quickly as they did. I was also very impressed with the entire delivery process because the staff was extremely helpful. They actually made the purchase of this Audi fun. Isn't that the way it should be? They even gave me a wonderful Audi baseball cap! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The day after I took delivery of my new Audi I had a flat tire. I was quite freaked out and called my salesperson, Harry Sachs, immediately. Vin Devers came to my rescue in a most impressive way by bringing me a loaner vehicle and trucking my car back to Sylvania to be fixed. I should add that I live 45 miles from this dealership and look forward to taking my Audi there for service. They very quickly turned the flat tire problem into a perfect solution. It really doesn't get any better than that! More
