The reason why I am writing this review is share my experience of buying a car.

I recently bought a Audi A4 from this dealership. The person who helped me with this transaction was Tony Agby. Tony
made my purchase a pleasure. "Did I say that out loud?"

Tony took what in the past has been a quite stressful experience and made it stress-free. I appreciate the time he spent with me kindly
explaining all the pros and cons to car buying.
Ultimately this was my decision, however I feel with Tony's information it was a well informed decision.
So far everything promised has been delivered.

I would most definitely recomend this dealership and Tony to friends for future car needs.

What can I say but GREAT service and QUALITY workmanship. They went out of their way to make sure the repair on my vehicle was handled in the most professional way possible. Turn-around on getting my car back was fantastic. They were also very friendly and made you feel welcomed.

I found a car on the inte.rnet. I by chance called Brian LaVoy to ask if the car was available and he confimed it was. I drove to Ohio from Michigan (Over 60 miles) to see the car. The car was waiting for me, started warming up, so when I arrived I took a test drive right away. My interaction with Brian was very good. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very nice to deal with. I bought the car that day. Test drove, applied for financing and paperwork completed in about 1.5 hours. The easist buyer a car has ever been for me, and I buy a lot of cars!

I have purchased several vehicles from the team at Vin Devers Autohaus. The team is extremely professional, experienced, and provides great value. I have sent several friends to Vin Devers and they have had the same experience. The whole team treats you like you are the most important customer - even if you are just purchasing a used Pick-up. The cars are always incredibly detailed and the purchase experience is seamless. Everything is always ready and there never are any last minute surprises that I was use to from other dealerships.

My wife and I just happened to drop by and see what kind of used SUV's were available. Keep in mind that I get discounts from the big three and Nissan because of my job with the railroad and I had never considered a foreign vehicle before. We were looking at a 2008 ML550 and Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave us alot of useful information. The price was out of my budget so we got Tony's card and went home to look for similiar cars online. We pulled up the one we were looking at but it showed $4500 less than the window sticker. I called Tony right away, he verified that the price was correct and we came in for a test drive. We loved it after the test drive and bought it that day. Jamie in finance was awesome and we never felt presssured to do anything by anyone. I have been buying new cars since 93' and this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, bar none.

The people my wife and I dealt with were very professional and courteous. My salesman, Ziad, was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. He knew his car very well and was able to explain all of the various features. The entire process of sales and financing was very smooth and low pressure. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Took my accord coupe in for a four wheel alignment they were very professional and very thorough. I'm from out of country and was very impressed with the price and service , after they finished the alignment they detailed my car before they gave it back to me and did an excellent job. Will not hesitate to use Roget Aouad and the team at VIN DEVERS Autohaus of Sylvania again 5 star these guys were great !!!!!!
