New 2018 Ford Escape Purchase In the past we had purchased a new 2012 Ford Edge & a 2014 Pre-owned pre-certified Ford Escape from Vision Ford. They really catered to customer servi In the past we had purchased a new 2012 Ford Edge & a 2014 Pre-owned pre-certified Ford Escape from Vision Ford. They really catered to customer service & had a lot of perks. Offered you coffee, snacks, gave you a service coupon book for your new car & a pen with their name & phone # on it etc. They really made you feel at home & like your business was really appreciated. When I wanted to buy a new 2018 Ford Escape, I didn't even consider another dealer & went straight to Vision Ford. They no longer offer you a cup of coffee, a snack, a coupon book, a pen or anything. I did not get that warm feeling like I did before that my business was really appreciated. Alex Beach was a terrific salesman tho & very professional but I will shop around the next time I look for a car. More

New vehicle I am very pleased with the Lincoln MKC that Zoey helped me with. The folks at Vision searched for the MKC that I wanted, found it and got it to me wi I am very pleased with the Lincoln MKC that Zoey helped me with. The folks at Vision searched for the MKC that I wanted, found it and got it to me within a week. They did an amazing job. Everyone I dealt with there couldn't have been nicer. They had to go to the Cities to get my car and didn't charge me anything extra for that. Wow! I would definitely recommend all the people I dealt with at Vision Ford Lincoln. Zoey was exceptionally pleasant to work with and delivered my car to me again at no extra charge. Jesse Christensen was very helpful in going over the financing. More

Not my problem Bought a 2017 Super Duty sticker was over $73.000 3 of the 4 wheel covers fell off. Ford say its a dealer installation problem. I bought 2 other 2017 Ford Super Duty King Ranch for other family members with no wheel cover problems. Its now both there problems when I go to get new trucks. More

07 Hummer H2 Lane was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond for us responding to many emails. We love the vehicle!! The only issue we had is that Linco Lane was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond for us responding to many emails. We love the vehicle!! The only issue we had is that Lincoln was unwilling to work us on the price of the vehicle. We were not low balling. Our bank uses NADA to come up with clean retail pricing for financing and Lincoln would not budge to meet us where the NADA clean retail price was. However, customer service won out in the end and we paid the extra money. More
