The service team is AOK and Manny helped get my '09 KIA Rio 5 in for service, now a second time, due to a KIA replacement part that failed. Manny, the service manager, was helpful explaining while they had a 2week backlog of service jobs already in-house, he would do his best to fit in my 5 outstanding vehicle recall items. The men in the service department are always very cordial and helpful. The change-over of the mirror in my new Telluride was done in a little longer time than estimated, but they let me know that a ride hom and helpful. Had a recall that they said might take 2-3 hours so we dropped it off the afternoon before. We were called an hour after we got home to say it was already done.
