After doing my homework, I decided to purchase my first brand new vehicle from Kia. I purchased a 2023 Kia Seltos Nightfall. I was a bag of nerves, but Sales Consultant Codey Jensen made things much easier brand new vehicle from Kia. I purchased a 2023 Kia Seltos Nightfall. Codey informed me about all the current trinkets on today’s vehicles since I quote on quote “am stuck in the 90s”. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions without issue. I highly recommend Codey for a positive car buying experience. I also want to recommend Phil in the financial department. Phil took the time to explain the warranties to me that I honestly would not totally understand otherwise. There’s a lot to read that people could become overwhelmed over when it comes to this, but Phil went above and beyond to offer me a comfortable warranty that would best fit my budge. Phil was not pushy, which was a huge plus at my end. I appreciated his patience. I highly recommend Kia of Canandaigua for your vehicle buying needs. Everyone was kind, patient, not pushy and they let the customer take the lead on what is comfortable for them. This was a memorable moment that I give a huge thumbs up! 😊 More

Tried for weeks to make an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. No one would answer the service phone. When called to would instruct to leave a message but no one called back. Be prepared to pay thousands over sticker and make sure to triple check that your numbers add up (they won't). I found better pricing on their own website that they refused to honor. Plus, after getting a better price on a higher model from a competitor, I stupidly gave Vision Kia another chance and they refused to budge from their $4400+ overage. Is supply and demand a factor in prices right now? Sure. But, being competitive against your competition is quite literally business 101. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and shop around - despite the egos, they are not your only option. These folks are either desperate for cash, horrible businessmen or straight up crooks - you will need to decide what you are wiling to put up with in this crazy game of "supply and demand" More

After an email to Vision KIA with the Sorento I was looking for, the internet representative "Heidi Jensen" got back to me in about 10 minutes and said they had found just what I wanted. Ben contacted me and I told him to give me the price it would be out the door. He got back to me with a very fair price and I told him we have a deal. The best part I didn't have to go to the dealership until I took possession of the vehicle. Being that the dealership is 50 miles away and being that Ben lived near me he even picked me up to get the vehicle. Thank you Ben! More

Great salesman --- great team We just bought our first Kia car. The salesman was Tizo Manduro.
