Upon arrival i was told the wait was over 2 hrs even having an appointment. Mt day was full so I didn't have that time. I asked if they could get me in a sin as they could because I had 4 other places t having an appointment. Mt day was full so I didn't have that time. I waited 30 min and was going to have my husband pick me up,, I went to tell the tech and he said I was done. Also my air pressure in my tires were low and they put air in them as well. More

It was ridiculous. It took over four hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Clearly the worst experience I have ever had there.
