Death Wobble issue. I tried to get my 2019 F350 in to the shop to fix the wobble. I had a tire develop a bubble in the sidewall. This dealer tried to claim it was slashed in order to force it to not be a warranty issue. When I pushed back, they then refused to honor the 36k mile warranty, claiming it was now only 12k to prevent replacing the tire under warranty. This dealership is not worthy of your trust, and therefore your business. I personally will not be buying my next car from there. And we are in the market for a new “Empty Nester” vehicle. (A high end convertible so my wife and I can travel now that we don’t have kids in the house) This dealership can not be trusted!!! More
