Awesome experience I brought in my Jetta yesterday for a recall and 10,000 miles service. I arrived around 9:15am, and the service department said it would take few hou I brought in my Jetta yesterday for a recall and 10,000 miles service. I arrived around 9:15am, and the service department said it would take few hours. No big deal, I requested a shuttle home. Within 10 minutes, the driver Leo took me home. He was super friendly and really bright up my morning. Around 1:30pm Norm from the Service Department text me saying that the car was ready, and I requested a pick up shuttle. Again, within a very short time Norm text me back saying that my ride was on its way. Norm text me the invoice and all details and when I went back, I just picked up my car and went back to my works. I was super impressed how easy the whole experience was....no waiting in line, friendly drivers, friendly people in the service department...it was just EASY and SMOOTH. By the way, it was nice seeing Norm in Alhambra now because I used to see him in the Pasadena store...good to have Norm in the Alhambra store. More
